Whichever way you look at it, it's a just a grim time all round and people are just left on their knees trying to cope with the grief, whilst also having to make arrangements they would rather not have to. It occurred to me then just how much of an art there is to the Funeral Director's services, and how important it is to get it right. At every stage of the process, Fuggles were simply immense - there's no other way to describe it. All of them were immaculate, solid, in control, sympathetic and compassionate. They ticked all the boxes. At a time when you feel at your lowest and are struggling to cope, these guys are capable of picking you up and getting you through it in the gentlest possible way. Totally professional, top marks.
